After completing the previous formalities, you have to apply directly to the Australia PR Points system. You must submit an Expression of Interest - EOI in the online portal Skill Select. 5. Health and Character Requirements

Children who are less than 18 years of age must be offered a notarized NOC - No Objection Certificate from any of the non-accompanying parents who approve the travel to Australia. The passports of the parents must be attached to the NOC. 

If the children are traveling or staying with non-relatives, then the full name, nationality, and date of birth of the person must be furnished.

Australia Friend or Family Visit Visa From India

The Friend or Family Visit Visa processing time is around 10 to 15 days. 

Documentation:

• An original passport that has at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. Previous passports must also be submitted if in case any. All the passport pages must be photocopied and notarized. 

• Filled out the application form for the Visa with my signature. 

• 2 latest photos - white background, matte finish, 35X45 mm size. 

• A Cover Letter stating the name of the applicant, expense details, passport details, and travel details. It must be on the letterhead of the company if the applicant is self-employed. 

• A copy of PAN or Aadhaar card. 

• A copy of Income Tax/Form 16 for the past 3 years if employed.

• A copy of the last 3 months' salary slips if employed. 

• Past 6 months' original bank statements to prove that you have an adequate and healthy bank balance. 

• Proof of registration certificate of the company if self-employed and this can be Shop Act, MOA, etc. 

• Proof of retirement if retired. 

• A copy of the No Objection Certificate - NOC Letter/bona fide letter from the respective college or school/ID Card if the applicant is a student. 

• A copy of the itinerary or confirmed flight tickets. 

• A copy of the hotel accommodation. 

• A copy of other financial documents such as FD (Fixed Deposits), Shares, Mutual Funds, Property Papers, PPF, NSC, etc. 

• Children who are less than 18 years of age must be offered a notarized NOC - No Objection Certificate from any of the non-accompanying parents who approve the travel to Australia. The passports of the parents must be attached to the NOC.
