STEP 1: Secure a Job Offer: Get a valid job offer from a registered Singapore employer. Ensure that your employer is authorized to hire foreign workers and that the role meets Singapore’s eligibility criteria for work permits.

STEP 2: Employer Applies for the Permit: In Singapore, the employer or an appointed agent submits the work permit application on your behalf. They will use Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal to apply, along with the required supporting documents.
