Eligibility Requirements

If you are applying through a PNP program, you must qualify for the eligibility criteria set by a specific province or territory. Some PNPs also require you to have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer in that province, while some have an in-demand occupations list.

At the same time applying for an Express Entry will require you to check eligibility for Canada PR for one of the three federal economic immigration programs - FSWP, FSTP, or CEC. If you qualify, you will be required to create a profile.
