The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted back-to-back invitation rounds this week!
The latest Ontario draws held on September 25 and September 26 saw invitations being issued to a total of 1,706 candidates under OINP’s Human Capital Priorities stream and Entrepreneur stream. This was the fifth Entrepreneur draw and the tenth Express Entry HCP draw conducted by Ontario in 2023.

Draw 1
On September 25, 2023, Ontario issued targeted notifications of interest to potential candidates who may qualify for OINP’s Entrepreneur stream.
Draw 2
On September 26, 2023, Ontario issued targeted notifications of interest to potential candidates who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.
Invited candidates required their work experience in one of the following NOCs, to be listed as the primary NOC in their Express Entry profile:
If you have been selected from the pool of candidates, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the OINP However, an ITA does not mean that you qualify for one of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program streams. Once you have received an ITA, you may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your ITA. You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of receiving the ITA.
