The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), has conducted a new Skills Immigration draw. This is the second Skills Immigration draw conducted by BC PNP in November.
This draw also marks another significant step by British Columbia in attracting foreign workers and graduates to contribute to the province’s diverse and thriving labor market.

The BC PNP latest draw held on November 16, 2023, saw ITAs being issued to 224 candidates under the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams.

The previous BC PNP draw was held on November 07, which issued ITAs to 190 candidates with a minimum score of 60.
The expected BC PNP next draw prediction is November 22, 2023.
BC PNP draws are conducted on a weekly basis - typically on a Wednesday. The timing, frequency, and CRS score of these draws are determined by the BC PNP - and can vary depending on various factors including, the province’s economy, labor market, and the immigration targets set in the Canada Immigration Levels Plan 2024 - 2026.
BC PNP has been conducting 4-5 draws in almost every month in 2023. The same trend is expected to be carried on for November as well.
The consecutive draws serve as a testament to British Columbia’s commitment to prioritize the selection of Skilled Workers and International Graduates with the necessary skills, qualifications, and potential to succeed in the province’s dynamic economy. Candidates are ranked & evaluated based on the points achieved under the BC PNP points calculator. Points are assigned based on factors such as Age, Education, Work Experience, Language Proficiency, Adaptability, and Spousal Sponsorship. Candidates with the highest scores are issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency to the BC PNP.
