On December 20th, British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted back-to-back invitation rounds across two of the Skills Immigration categories: Tech and Targeted. A total of 173 ITAs were issued to eligible candidates in the pool.
The BC PNP issued a total of 153 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates in a new Tech draw. ITAs were issued to Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including the EEBC option) - with a minimum score of 90 or above.
A total of 20 candidates across a Targeted Draw for Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including the EEBC option) were also invited in a consecutive BC PNP draw held on December 20th. Out of the total ITAs issued, 15 were from Childcare: Early Childhood Educators & Assistants (NOC 42202), and 5 were from Healthcare. The minimum score required was 60.
Note for immigrants: There will be no BC PNP invitations issued for the week of December 26, 2022. The final ITAs for 2022 will be issued in the week of December 19. Invitations for BC PNP will resume in January 2023.

Candidates are ranked & evaluated based on the points achieved under the BC PNP points calculator. Points are assigned based on factors such as Age, Education, Work Experience, Language Proficiency, Adaptability, and Spousal Sponsorship.
Candidates with the highest scores are issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the BC PNP.
