On March 16, 2023, Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) conducted its fourth invitation round of the year. This draw inlines with its proposed PEI PNP draw schedule for the year 2023.

Who was invited?

  • Business Work Permit Entrepreneur: 6 invitations with a minimum score of 52.
  • Labor & Express Entry: 138 invitations.

Over the last 12 months, the Prince Edward Island PNP has issued a total of 116 invitations to Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates and 1,982 invitations to Labor & Express Entry candidates.

  • Business Work Permit Entrepreneur invitations over the last 12 months - 6%
  • Labor & Express Entry invitations over the last 12 months - 94%

This latest Prince Edward Island PNP draw saw an increase in the number of invitations issued – and a massive drop in the CRS score requirement for Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates.
