Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new all-program Express Entry draw. This was the fifth Express Entry draw conducted by IRCC in just one week.
Being an all-program draw, candidates from Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) were targeted to this latest Express Entry draw.
The Express Entry latest draw held on July 11, 2023, saw invitations being issued to a total of 800 candidates present in the pool. Invited candidates required a minimum CRS score of 505 - to be eligible for this invitation round.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.

Over the course of just one week, five rounds of invitations have been conducted by IRCC - bringing the total number of candidates invited through the Canada Express Entry System in July’s first week to 5,800. The CRS score ranged between 463 and 511. The CRS score of 511 is also the highest seen in any all-program draw of 2023.
A significant milestone was reached in the last week of June, when the IRCC conducted its first-ever category-based Express Entry draw on June 27, 2023. Of the five invitation rounds conducted between July 04 and July 11 - three saw ITAs being issued to candidates under the newly-announced category-based selection for Express Entry.
