British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) has conducted a new draw for Skilled Workers, International Graduates, and Entrepreneurs.
The BC PNP latest draw held on August 01, 2023, saw ITAs being issued a total of 209 candidates under BC PNP’s Skills Immigration and Entrepreneur Immigration streams. Invited candidates required a minimum CRS score of 60-123 - to be eligible for this invitation round.

This was the 30th Skills Immigration and the 6th Entrepreneur Immigration draw conducted by British Columbia in 2023. British Columbia issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the BC PNP latest draw - are all determined by the needs of the BC PNP application inventory at the time of the invitation round.

There are two streams that are currently being managed by the BC PNP:
Candidates are ranked & evaluated based on the points achieved under the BC PNP points calculator. Points are assigned based on factors such as Age, Education, Work Experience, Language Proficiency, Adaptability, and Spousal Sponsorship.
Candidates with the highest scores are issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency to the BC PNP.
