A SINP application and an EOI for International Skilled Workers are not the same thing. To establish your qualifications and indicate your interest in applying to the Saskatchewan PNP, you can submit a pre-application online. The requested information is used to assess your eligibility. This determines whether your application will be accepted into the International Skilled Worker EOI system.
Candidates with the skills necessary by Saskatchewan's work market are chosen via the International Skilled Worker EOI procedure. These include having relatives who live in the province, having work experience, and speaking the language. The people chosen by the system are sent an "Invitation to Apply" for permanent residence in Canada.
The chance to apply for the SINP will not be extended to every candidate who submits an EOI for an international skilled worker. The number of EOIs that candidates submit is up to them, but each candidate is only allowed to have one EOI profile.
