The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw. This was the first invitation round conducted by the province in April. The Manitoba PNP conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite candidates from the EOI pool to submit a complete application to the MPNP.
If you have been invited to this Manitoba PNP latest draw, you will have 60 days to submit this application to the MPNP. Your invitation or Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) will not be valid if this timeframe passes.
The Manitoba PNP latest draw was held on April 03, 2025. Just 4 candidates from MPNP’s Skilled Worker Overseas stream were invited to apply for permanent residence. Of the 4 invitations issued in this draw, none were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

Managed under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), the Skilled Worker Overseas stream helps people living outside Canada move to Manitoba for work and a better life. To be eligible, you must show a strong connection to Manitoba. This can be through:
You also need to meet these basic requirements:
This stream is for people who are not currently working or studying in Manitoba but want to move there permanently. If you meet these conditions and have a strong connection to the province, you may be invited to apply for nomination and later apply for Canada PR.
Getting nominated through the Skilled Worker Overseas stream does not guarantee permanent residency, but it’s a big step forward. Once you receive a provincial nomination from Manitoba, you can apply to the federal government for permanent residency through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Currently, 80% of the applications under the MPNP are being processed within 8-10 months.
