The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Expression of Interest (EOI) system is a pathway for immigrants to gain permanent residency in Manitoba. Here’s how the EOI system works:
First, you create an online profile in the Manitoba PNP system and add information about your age, education, work experience, and more.
Then, your profile is given a score based on the information you provide. The higher your score is, the better your chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a provincial nomination.
Regular draws are conducted by the province of Manitoba, inviting candidates with the highest scores to apply for a nomination. If invited, you can apply for MPNP.
If your application is approved, Manitoba will nominate you to the Canadian government, which will then decide whether to grant your PR in Manitoba.
