Manitoba PNP conducts a new draw after one month!

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw. This draw came after a pause of one month. The previous Manitoba PNP draw was held on March 8, 2024. Usually, Manitoba PNP draws are held on a bi-weekly basis.

The Manitoba PNP latest draw was held on April 09, 2024. A total of 363 candidates under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas streams were invited.

Profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in occupations identified with high labour needs based on data published by Statistics Canada were considered.

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 276

The occupations under the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 were considered in this draw:

• 33102 - Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
• 60020 - Retail and wholesale trade managers
• NOCs belonging to sub-major groups 731 - General construction trades

Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 87
• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 691

Of the 363 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this draw, 81 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

The April 09, 2024 invitation round is a continuation of Manitoba conducting draws with more LAAs and lower scores. Including the most recent Manitoba PNP draw, the province has so far invited 1,447 candidates across five draws.
