Firstly, ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for one of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) streams. These criteria will generally include your Work Experience, Education, and Language Proficiency.
Next, create an online Expression of Interest (EOI) profile on the Manitoba PNP website. This profile should accurately detail your qualifications and experience, and it will be ranked using a points system aka Manitoba PNP points calculator.
Patiently wait for an invitation from Manitoba. The province periodically selects candidates with the highest EOI scores and invites them to apply for provincial nomination. Once invited, submit a comprehensive application to Manitoba PNP, including all necessary supporting documents and payment of required fees.
Prepare for an interview or assessment if your chosen stream requires it. This step involves discussing your qualifications and your plans to settle in Manitoba.
If your application is approved, you will receive a provincial nomination certificate from Manitoba.
You can now use this provincial nomination to apply for Canada PR through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
