Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system - inviting candidates in the EOI pool to submit a full application to the MPNP.

To submit an EOI, you must first create an account on the MPNP Online portal. Make sure that the information you provide in your Expression of Interest stays accurate and complete at all times. Once you submit an EOI, you will be entered into a pool of all eligible candidates.

The MPNP ranks your EOI using several factors and if you are among the highest-scoring candidates, you may be invited to submit an application to the MPNP. The EOI ranking system aka Manitoba PNP points calculator - allocates points based on six factors: language proficiency, age, work experience, education, adaptability, and risk.

Regularly, the highest-scoring candidates drawn from the EOI pool are selected and receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA), which is an invitation to submit a full application for immigration through the MPNP. Once you receive an LAA, you will be able to log into your account and gain access to the full MPNP application.

You will have 60 days from the date of LAA to submit a full application. The MPNP charges a non-refundable $500 application fee.
