The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite candidates to submit a full application to the MPNP. This draw comes after a gap of almost two weeks. The previous Manitoba PNP draw was held on November 16, 2023.

This was the first time Manitoba conducted an EOI draw where Skilled Workers in Manitoba were invited under the “Close Relative in Manitoba Selection” category.

The Manitoba PNP latest draw held on November 30, 2023, issued invitations to 268 candidates under all three Manitoba streams.

Manitoba EOI Draws

The Manitoba Expression of Interest (EOI) draw is a key component of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), which allows skilled foreign workers and international graduates to immigrate to the province of Manitoba, Canada. The EOI draw is a points-based system that selects candidates from a pool of potential applicants.

To participate in the EOI draw, individuals must submit an online EOI that assesses their eligibility based on factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and connections to Manitoba. Each candidate is assigned a point score using the Manitoba PNP points calculator - based on these factors, and the highest-scoring individuals are invited to apply for provincial nomination through regular draws.

The latest MPNP draw is a continuation of Manitoba issuing high invites with low scores. The back-to-back draws being conducted by Manitoba PNP, clearly indicate that the province seeks to increase the number of candidates eligible to receive a provincial nomination under its streams.
