The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite candidates to submit a full application to the MPNP. This draw comes after a gap of almost two weeks. The previous Manitoba PNP draw was held on November 16, 2023.
This was the first time Manitoba conducted an EOI draw where Skilled Workers in Manitoba were invited under the “Close Relative in Manitoba Selection” category.

Of the 268 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this draw, 50 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
