The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite candidates to submit a full application to the MPNP. This was the first draw conducted by Manitoba in December. The previous invitation round was held on November 30, 2023.

Completed post-secondary study in Manitoba
Profiles declaring that the applicant or their spouse have completed post-secondary education in Manitoba were considered. Candidates selected in this draw must be able to provide documents that demonstrate that they or their spouse completed a post-secondary education program in Manitoba (i.e., diploma and transcript).
International Education Stream
Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.
Skilled Worker Overseas
Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
Of the 283 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this draw, 20 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
