Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted a new draw on November 16, 2023.
The November 16th draw is a continuation of Manitoba issuing high invites with low scores. The latest draw also recorded candidates being invited under “occupation-specific” and “all occupation” categories. A trend Manitoba has been following since Feb 2023.
The back-to-back draws being conducted by Manitoba PNP, clearly indicate that the province seeks to increase the number of candidates eligible to receive a provincial nomination under its streams.

Submitting an EOI is your first step to immigration to Manitoba through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). An EOI is not an application, but an online profile. Anyone interested in applying to the MPNP must submit an EOI. You will be required to complete a series of questions online and receive EOI ranking points based on the provided answers.
Scores in the Manitoba PNP points calculator are assigned on factors including Age, Education, Language Proficiency, Work Experience, and Adaptability.
Your profile is then entered into a pool of all eligible candidates. The MPNP then invites the highest-scoring candidates in the pool to submit a full application to the MPNP on a regular basis under its EOI draws.
MPNP draws are usually held on a weekly basis - with some exceptions. The expected Manitoba PNP next draw prediction is November 23, 2023. The size & frequency of the next Manitoba PNP draw is determined by the MPNP’s application backlog at the time of the invitation round.
