The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) was established for international graduates, skilled workers, and entrepreneurs looking to immigrate to Manitoba, Canada. This program allows the province to select immigrants who have the potential to support & sustain the growth of Manitoba’s economy.
Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first step to immigrating through the MPNP. n EOI is not an application, but an online profile. All candidates interested in moving to Manitoba must submit an EOI. When creating an EOI, you will be asked a complete series of questions. Once done, you will receive EOI ranking points based on your answers.
EOI’s Ranking System
Once your profile is submitted, it is added to a pool of eligible candidates. The MPNP then selects the highest-ranking individuals from this pool during regular draws, inviting them to apply for permanent residency.
Currently, 80% of applications under the MPNP are being processed within 8-10 months.
