On May 18, 2023, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) conducted a new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw - issuing invitations to a total of 1,044 immigrants. The second SINP draw of the month issued ITAs to candidates across two categories: Express Entry and Occupation In-demand.
This latest Saskatchewan PNP draw also saw the CRS score dropping to 67 points - the lowest for the year so far. The previous invitation rounds of the year were held on February 16, March 23, April 20, and May 03.
784 invitations were issued from the Express Entry stream with specific NOC codes, with a minimum score of 67. Invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). Not all occupations were selected.
260 invitations were issued from the Occupation in-demand stream with specific NOC codes, with a minimum score of 68. Invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). Not all occupations were selected.

If you have received an invitation to either the Express Entry or Occupation in-demand stream - you will now have 60 days to submit a complete online application to the SINP and provide the supporting documents. You will also be required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of CAD$ 350.
Saskatchewan PNP issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a monthly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next Saskatchewan PNP draw - are determined by the needs of the SINP application inventory.
