Ontario has conducted a new draw on March 07, 2024. This was the second draw conducted by Ontario in March. The previous draw was held on March 01.

The Ontario PNP latest draw saw invitations being issued to 2,104 candidates under the OINP Express Entry - Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream. Candidates with work experience in Healthcare Occupations were targeted in this draw.

If you have been invited to this draw, you will receive a notification with your invitation - in your IRCC Online account. Once you receive an invitation, you will have 45 days to submit a complete application to apply for Canada PR to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

New requirement for all applications - Applicant Consent Form

As of February 26, 2024, all new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) nomination applications must include the Applicant Consent Form.

The form must be:

  • Completed
  • Correctly dated
  • Signed by the applicant
  • Signed by the applicant’s spouse and dependents, if applicable
  • Uploaded with other documents in the application

If the Application Consent Form is not accurate, your application under the OINP will be returned and marked incomplete. Your application processing fee will be refunded. If you have a representative or immigration consultant, they cannot sign the Applicant Consent Form on your behalf.

You must complete this form as soon as you receive an invitation to apply. Post this announcement, the OINP no longer requires the PDF Attestation Form for applications made under an Expression of Interest (EOI) system stream.
