If Ontario’s provincial government identifies you from the pool of candidates, you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in your OINP e-filing portal.
There is no one-size-fits-all type of profile, which is eligible to immigrate to Ontario. Candidates applying under any of the OINP pathways are ranked using the Ontario points calculator. Factors that influence your score include Age, Language Proficiency, Education, Work Experience, Provincial Nomination, Siblings in Canada, and Adaptability. The higher your score, the more your chances of getting invited to permanent residency.
With these back-to-back draws, Ontario continues to prioritize the selection of skilled workers with the necessary skills, qualifications, and potential to succeed in the province’s dynamic economy.
