Ontario PNP issues 2,487 invitations across three Employer Job Offer streams

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted back-to-back draws. The OINP uses an Expression of Interest (EOI) system to select individuals who may be eligible to apply for one of its immigration streams.

If you have been selected in this Ontario PNP latest draw, you will receive an invitation to apply in your OINP e-Filing Portal account. If you have received an invitation, you may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your invitation to apply. You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of receiving the invitation.

Employer Job Offer: In-demand Skills Stream

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) includes Employer Job Offer streams designed to help employers fill labour shortages by hiring skilled foreign workers. Through these streams, individuals with valid job offers from Ontario employers can apply for permanent residency. Each stream requires a full-time job offer from an employer in Ontario, ensuring that skilled individuals can contribute to the province’s workforce while transitioning to permanent residency.

Currently, 80% of applications under the OINP are being processed in 8 to 10 months.
