If you have been issued an NOI in this HCP draw, you now have 45 days to submit an online application to the OINP.

Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream is designed to attract highly skilled and experienced foreign workers who can contribute to the province's economic growth and development.

To be eligible for the HCP stream, candidates must have a valid profile in the Express Entry system and meet the criteria for one of the three federal programs managed under the Express Entry system. Additionally, candidates must meet the specified requirements of the HCP stream, which includes factors such as Education, Work Experience, Language Proficiency, and Adaptability.

Candidates who are nominated through the HCP stream receive 600 additional Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, which effectively guarantee an invitation to apply for Canada PR in a subsequent Express Entry draw. This nomination significantly enhances the candidate's chances of being selected by the federal government.
