The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP or Ontario PNP) has conducted a new draw. This was the tenth invitation round conducted by the province in September.

Ontario’s French-Speaking Skilled Worker draws are a part of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). This stream is designed to attract skilled workers who speak French, along with English, and have the skills needed to contribute to Ontario’s economy.
To qualify, candidates must be in the Express Entry system, which is Canada's online system for managing skilled worker applications. Applicants need to meet the criteria of the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). The key requirement is that candidates must demonstrate a good level of French proficiency (CLB 7 or higher) and an intermediate level of English (CLB 6 or higher).
In these draws, Ontario selects candidates from the Express Entry pool who meet the language and work experience requirements. Once selected, candidates receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario. This allows them to apply for a provincial nomination, which adds 600 points to their Express Entry score, effectively guaranteeing an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence.
The French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream is ideal for bilingual professionals looking to settle in Ontario, offering them a pathway to permanent residency through their language skills and work experience.
Currently, 80% of applications under the Ontario PNP are being processed within 8-10 months.
