Managed under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), the Employer Job Offer category is a popular pathway for skilled immigrants looking to work and settle in Ontario, Canada.
The Employer Job Offer's Foreign Worker stream aims to address specific labour market needs by facilitating the recruitment of foreign workers with valid job offers from Ontario employers. On the other hand, the International Graduate Stream targets international students who have completed their studies in Ontario and received a job offer from an employer in the province.
Apart from these two streams, the Employer Job Offer category also manages the In-demand Skills stream. The In-demand Skills Stream gives foreign workers with a job offer in specific in-demand occupations such as agriculture, construction, and other select occupations the opportunity to apply to permanently live and work in Ontario.
If you did not get invited in this Ontario PNP latest draw, your profile will remain active in the pool of candidates. You can expect to receive an invitation in the next OINP draw. The province conducts 2-3 invitation rounds every month. On average, 80% of applications under the OINP are processed within 8-10 months.
