Invitations issued in 2023

In 2023, Prince Edward Island PNP issued 2,422 invitations across 22 draws. The back-to-back EOI draws serve as a testament to PEI’s commitment to prioritising foreign skilled workers and businessmen with the necessary skills, qualifications, and potential to succeed in the province’s dynamic economy.

The same trend is expected to be carried out in 2024 as well.

Talk to an Expert

The process to immigrate to PEI PNP in 2024 can be carried out in six easy steps.

STEP 1: Assess your eligibility: Check your eligibility to apply for a nomination under PEI’s PNP or Express Entry-linked stream.

STEP 2: Expression of Interest: Once you meet the eligibility criteria of the preferred stream, you must submit a profile in PEI’s online Expression of Interest (EOI) system.

STEP 3: Invitation to apply: If your EOI is selected, you will be issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA). You will then have 60 days from the date of invitation to complete the online Workforce Application Form.

STEP 5: Submit your application: Your online application will be received by the Office of Immigration PEI, as soon as your payment has been approved. Within 2 days, you will receive a link to upload your documents.

STEP 6: Apply for Canada PR: If you are selected by the PEI, you must then submit your application to apply for Canada PR visa within 3 months of receiving your provincial nomination. IRCC is responsible for further decisions.

If you are approved for permanent residency by IRCC, you may be contacted for up to years after landing in Canada with a short survey to update your file.
