The Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) draw on April 20, 2023. This was the first Quebec RSWP draw of the month.
This latest Quebec RSWP draw was targeted to potential candidates with academic and employment experience in an in demand occupation in Quebec – and a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
Invitations in this Quebec RSWP draw were issued to 1,020 candidates that met the following eligibility criterion:
Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: April 17, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.

To be invited to a Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) draw, you need to first create an online account with the Quebec government's immigration portal, Mon projet Québec. Once you have created an account, you will need to provide your personal and professional details, such as your age, education, language proficiency, work experience, and other relevant information.
Your profile will be evaluated based on the selection grid criteria aka Quebec points calculator - used by the Quebec government to assess candidates' eligibility for the RSWP. This includes factors such as your education, work experience, age, language proficiency in French and/or English, and other criteria that are specific to the Quebec RSWP.
If you meet the minimum requirements and your profile is deemed competitive, you may be invited to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). The Quebec government conducts regular draws from the pool of candidates who have created a profile on Mon projet Québec and have expressed an interest in immigrating to Quebec through the RSWP.
The selection of candidates is based on a points-based system, and the highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for a CSQ. The Quebec government sets a minimum score threshold for each draw, and candidates who meet or exceed this threshold are considered for an invitation to apply for a CSQ.
It is important to keep your profile up-to-date with any changes in your personal or professional situation, as this can affect your eligibility for the RSWP. Additionally, it is important to regularly check the Quebec government's immigration portal for updates on the latest draws and any changes to the RSWP selection criteria.
