If you are invited, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to access the form and submit a permanent selection application.
Quebec usually conducts a new Arrima draw on a bi-weekly basis, at minimum. The frequency, size, and date of the Quebec Immigration next draw prediction - are determined by the needs of Quebec’s application inventory.
To apply for Quebec immigration under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP), candidates must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) on Arrima and get a place in the pool. Here, those whose profile meets the needs of Quebec - and have the potential for integration into French – are invited to apply for permanent selection.
The Quebec government evaluates the profile based on a selection grid criterion, including your age, education, language proficiency, work experience, and other factors specific to the Quebec RSWP. Candidates who have the highest scores in the Quebec points calculator are selected in Quebec's latest draw.
80% of applications under the Quebec Arrima are processed within 8 to 12 months.
