If your profile matches the eligibility criteria needed in Quebec, you will receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence. To get selected, you must have training and professional skills that facilitate your job integration in the province of Quebec.

Other factors are also considered in the selection process, such as:

  • Age

These factors and their criteria are collectively assessed using the Quebec Points Calculator.

Once you have received an invitation, you will have 60 days to submit a complete application for Canada PR Visa and pay the processing fees. If this timeframe passes, your application will no longer be valid.

At current processing times, most Quebec Immigration applications are processed within 8 to 12 months. Candidates with the highest scores in the Quebec Points Calculator are generally selected in a draw.

Quebec draws are held once every month, with some exceptions.
