• Be paid in minimum eligible salary required for your job: Your employer must make sure that you are paid the minimum wage or the ‘going rate’ for your job, whichever is higher. Each occupation eligible for the UK Seasonal Worker Visa has its own annual going rate.

• Have enough money to support yourself in the UK: You must have at least £1,270 in your bank account to demonstrate your financial ability to support yourself in the UK (unless you are exempt).
